Located along the Boise River and greenbelt, the project concept provides 126 studio, one and two bedroom units and amenities including rooftop pool, clubroom, spa and fitness studio. The building form takes advantage of the uniquely shaped site, providing unmatched views to the foothills, river and downtown Boise.
A majority of the residential units are oriented to the river, while the development’s parking garage serves as a buffer from the adjacent street. The building’s exterior materials and volumes embraces a pacific northwest aesthetic balanced with the developing identity of a growing city. Rich wood tones and detailing fit with the natural river setting.
The site’s constraints including flood plain, public access and jurisdictional easements provided challenges and ultimately a “one of a kind” design solution.
