This mixed-use multi-family project contributes to the city’s effort to expand development in Boise’s oldest “new” neighborhood, the West End. The project is a short walk or bike ride away from the Boise River, greenbelt, and downtown.

To reflect the renewal of this eclectic 100-year old neighborhood, the project offers a mix of natural materials including wood, brick, and metal to fit into the downtown Boise landscape. Located at the South West corner of the building is 634 ft of retail space encouraging an active streetscape.

The 6-story project ground level consists of parking and bike storage for the residents, 634 sf of corner retail space, 1,052 sf of leasing, and 1,023 sf lobby. The stories above include 88 total residential units, offering studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom unit mixes.
