School District Employee Housing

In partnership with the McCall-Donnelly School District and the City of McCall, this project aims to address the district’s need for local housing and help with significant staffing issues.

The project includes a total of 32 units across four multifamily buildings and 3 single-family units. The rich color palette, durable and texturally expressive materials, along with an abundance of natural light through oversized windows will provide a welcoming space and home for the residence.
