The Martha

In partnership with CCDC and the City of Boise, the development and design team, redeveloped a CCDC owned property in the Westside Urban Renewal District to help combat Boise’s afforable housing crisis. This new 3-story multi-family building consists of 48 total units and interior bicycle parking spaces. The unit mix consists of 19 studio units, 16 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units. Units range in size from 450 sf to 900 sf.

This is the first project in the City of Boise, to use The Housing Bonus Ordinance, allowing The Martha to increase the diversity of housing in Boise and offer our community much-needed deed-restricted rents and was recently announced as the winner of the 2023 Excellence in Regulatory Advancement Award.
