Riverline

Riverline is a new multi-family housing project in Boise’s River St. neighborhood.

The project offers community benefits such as covered parking, stoops to activate the street, and generous covered and secured bicycle parking.  The residences are located to screen the parking and activate the streets, with parking located to the rear of the building.

The project also includes a small commercial space at the corner of 11th St. and Lee St.
