The 87,000 sf project has a total of 83 units and designated community areas on the 1st and 4th floor. The unit mix consist of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three bedroom units with 10 unit types. Outdoor site amenities include 132 parking stalls, a fenced dog run, swimming pool, and outdoor cabana. First floor amenities include a dog wash, flexible leasing space, lounge area, fitness room, and parcel receiving room. Fourth floor amenities include a lounge space fitted with a full size kitchen and equipped game room.
