8th & River

Located at the northeast corner of 8th and River Street in downtown Boise, this new 13-story building combines approximately 22,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial uses with +/- 160 new active adult residences consisting of studios, one and two-bedroom units. More than 11,000 square feet of residential amenities include a ground floor lobby, a sixth-floor podium deck with a pool, and top floor community-serving facilities. Approximately 300 public parking spots are proposed in a new four-level structured garage with access from River Street, with an additional +/- 64 stalls for residences located on the top floor.
