The Lively

The Lively is a 3-story bar, restaurant, and office space full of vibrancy and character. The first floor features a two-story alleé at the entrance of Bar Gibbon, a private dining room, and speakeasy space. The main staircase transports you past tree-lined wallpaper up to the second-floor formal restaurant and dining space, helmed by a Michelin Star Chef. The Lively features large windows, tall ceilings, and an open concept layout that invites guests into a transparent culinary experience. The open kitchen is centered on the axis of the dining space, giving diners a front row view of the performance in the kitchen. The third floor features a private office space, with flexibility to be converted into a future condo/living space.
