The Standard is a luxury condominium development located at the corner of 8th and Franklin in Boise, Idaho. The six-story building marks the transition from downtown Boise to the highly desirable North End.

The design draws from the adjacent structures of the capital while respecting the residential neighborhood to the north. Quality materials like brick and cast stone create a feeling of timelessness with the design and set the tone for the luxurious residences.

The project includes 12 residences, with two ground-floor two-bedroom homes and 10 upper-level flats ranging from approximately 1,050 to 2,950 SF. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling glazing and generous exterior balconies, providing ample open space for residents and uninterrupted views to the Capitol and foothills.
