The Drift is a 65,000 SF mixed-use condominium development located along the Spokane River in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Set within the Atlas Waterfront district, the redevelopment of the former Atlas Mill site, the project brings together 23 residences, a 3,500 SF commercial building, and shared outdoor space shaped by its relationship to the river, park, and surrounding neighborhood.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences are designed to take advantage of riverfront views, natural light, and immediate access to outdoor recreation. Building placement and open space reinforce connections between the homes, commercial frontage, adjacent park, Centennial Trail, and Spokane River waterfront.

Located west of downtown Coeur d’Alene, The Drift extends the Atlas Waterfront vision with a walkable mixed-use community connected to the region’s riverfront, recreation, and North Idaho landscape.
