The Drift is a 23-unit mixed-use condominium development located along the Spokane River in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Set within the redeveloped Atlas Waterfront district, the project brings together luxury residences, subterranean parking, and a 3,500 SF commercial building. These uses are oriented around shared outdoor spaces shaped by its relationship to the river designed to create a vibrant neighborhood.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences are designed to take advantage of riverfront views and immediate access to outdoor recreation. Each unit is configured as a corner unit, providing at least two exposures for natural light and ventilation. Living rooms and outdoor decks are oriented towards the river, so each residence has a view of the water. Building placement and open space reinforce privacy between the homes while connecting to the adjacent park, Centennial Trail, and Spokane River waterfront.

Located west of downtown Coeur d’Alene, The Drift extends the Atlas Waterfront vision with a walkable mixed-use community and destination commercial hub for future dining, all within walking distance of the riverfront.
