This proposed multifamily building boasts 200 apartments in a seven-story podium structure. Amenity courtyards are located at ground and podium levels providing residents with views of the foothills and sheltered outdoor recreation spaces. A 7th floor sky-deck offers expansive views of downtown and the foothills.

The project also generously offers over 30% affordable units at 80% AMI. The overall unit mix includes studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units with individual decks. Parking is accommodated through a mix of covered and surface stalls.
