Dovetail Meridian

Modern amenities and generous outdoor gathering spaces highlight the recently completed Dovetail Meridian multifamily project. The project is comprised of ten 24-unit buildings, and an amenity rich clubhouse complete with a resort-style pool with cabanas, fire bowls, and fountain jets. The clubhouse interior features an indoor golf simulator, fitness gym, co-work space, and lounge space for tenants and guests.

The site was carefully designed to embrace the native landscapes of southern Idaho and the Boise River. Individual buildings take advantage of distributed outdoor features including a dog park, children’s play area, community gardens, and barbecue areas. The buildings are linked throughout via generous pedestrian-focused pathways and sidewalks. The three-story walk-ups include one, two and three-bedroom units featuring high-end finishes, island kitchens, and large exterior patios.
