The Thomas Logan achieves the city’s desire to create high-density developments in downtown by replacing a surface parking lot with a unique urban experience that fits into the existing fabric of downtown Boise.

The seven-story multi-family mixed-use project provides five stories of residential use above a concrete podium consisting of 6,000 sf of retail space on street level and 8,000 sf of office space on the second level. Along Grove street at the southeast corner, an urban courtyard with outdoor seating connects the residential lobby and retail spaces between this building and the adjacent apartment building, The Lucy. This courtyard is open to the sidewalk to further activate the urban space.
