Riverline

Riverline is a new multifamily housing project in Boise’s River St. neighborhood.

Inspired by the captivating vistas of the Boise foothills and the proximity to the Boise River, the interiors of this project draw from colors and textures seen in nature with a mixture of warm wood tones, blue hues and textural elements throughout. The design includes finish, lighting, and plumbing selections along with model room design, signage design, art and furniture specification and custom wallcovering. 

The project offers community benefits such as covered parking, stoops to activate the street, and generous covered and secured bicycle parking.  The residences are located to screen the parking and activate the streets, with parking located to the rear of the building. The project also includes a small commercial space at the corner of 11th St. and Lee St.
