St. Luke’s Specialty Pharmacy

In response to the client’s needs for expanded retail pharmacy coverage, Pivot North provided interior remodeling and renovation design services to convert an existing 15,000 sf warehouse into a new Specialty Pharmacy. The customized space includes a new lobby and prescription pickup area, order fill area, open office with collaboration spaces, and warehouse storage.

The design considers the dual usage of the space, by positioning the patient pickup, offices, and meeting rooms in the front half of the building, and utilizing the remainder for pharmacy production, shipping, and logistics. The space’s common areas include a fully renovated break room, a huddle area, and lockers.
