St. Luke’s Fruitland Hearing and Balance

Completed in 2022, the new 4,800 SF Hearing & Balance Clinic replaces a smaller off-site clinic and collocates it with other services in Fruitland, ID. The clinic includes audiology booths, a fitting room for hearing aids, a videonystagmography (VNG) testing room, an auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing room, and a rehabilitation gym. Pivot North was selected for architectural and interior design services and worked closely with St. Luke’s team to develop the design and provide construction administration services.
