Pivot North Awarded 2023 Top Companies in Treasure Valley

We are excited to share that Pivot North was named one of the 2023 Top Companies in Treasure Valley! 

Top Companies in Treasure Valley is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group that examines your company’s practices, programs, and benefits and surveys your employees from their perspective. Companies that meet certain criteria are considered the Top Companies in Treasure Valley. The 2023 Top Companies in Treasure Valley list is made up of 16 companies.

Companies from across the region entered the two-part process to determine the Top Companies in Treasure Valley. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
