The Martha wins 2023 BOMA Award

We are thrilled to announce that the CCDC and the City of Boise were selected as the winner of the 2023 Excellence in Regulatory Advancement Award for The Martha project!

 

This award is to recognize a local government, public agency, or regulatory agency who positively addressed a commercial real estate-related issue creating a positive outcome for the industry.

In partnership with @ccdcboise and the @city_of_boise, the development and design team SMR Development, @dechase_miksis, @edlenandco, and @pivotnortharchredeveloped a CCDC-owned property in the Westside Urban Renewal District to help combat Boise’s affordable housing crisis.

The development is the first project to use The Housing Bonus Ordinance, allowing The Martha to increase the diversity of housing in Boise and offer our community much-needed deed-restricted rents.
