Nate brings hands-on design skill and thoughtful project leadership to every phase of a project, from early programming through construction administration. With a passion for civic architecture and public safety facilities, he values the discovery process that helps projects respond to how people and organizations truly work. Guided by wellness-informed design and continuous improvement, Nate is driven by a genuine desire to deliver spaces that serve people well and make communities stronger.

When he’s not at the office, Nate is most at home with his family. He and his wife stay active together with their kids through regular runs and bike rides, and Friday nights are a standing tradition — homemade pizza and a family movie, no exceptions. The rest of the week is filled with movie quotes and family reading nights, with recent reads ranging from “The Wild Robot,” “How to Train Your Dragon,” and “The Candy Shop War.”
