Bo Apartments

Bo is a unique 50+ acre mixed-use development along the Spokane River not far from downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Pivot North, in partnership with deChase Miksis Development, was selected to conceptualize and design three prominent parcels within the 13-lot development. The project is a mix of multi-family, commercial office, and retail within the three lots.

All three projects uniquely address their specific site constraints, and opportunities, and are all grounded in a rich northwest regionalism design aesthetic. Built with a bold and timeless material palette of wood, metal, and masonry, the buildings echo the environment around them. The carefully curated furniture selections and accessories were chosen to not only complement the architectural elements but also the surroundings.

The interior design of this project incorporates elements inspired by the surrounding nature and embraces the simplicity and functionality characteristic of Scandinavian design. Clean lines, warm woods, bright walls, and large windows evoke a sense of calm. The design includes finish, lighting, and plumbing selections along with model room design, art, and furniture specification.
