St. Luke’s Magic Valley Retail Pharmacy

Designed within an active hospital environment, Pivot North partnered with St. Luke’s Health System to deliver a 3,495 SF tenant improvement, transforming a portion of the Magic Valley Medical Center’s inpatient tower into a modern retail pharmacy that expands access to care for both the public and visiting patients. Located on the hospital’s west side, the pharmacy offers convenient walk-in service and dedicated curbside pickup.

The renovation required the demolition and reconfiguration of four inpatient rooms, a corridor, a nurse station, and ancillary spaces, along with targeted modifications to existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and data systems. The new pharmacy features a dedicated exterior entry and interiors with custom casework, durable finishes, furnishings, and specialized equipment.

Collaboration with St. Luke’s Facilities and Pharmacy teams was essential to sequencing the work in an occupied healthcare setting and ensuring seamless integration into daily hospital operations. The result is a high-performance space that enhances patient experience, supports St. Luke’s providers, and strengthens community access to trusted care.
