Hillsdale Elementary

Completed in the fall of 2016, Hillsdale Elementary is designed to accommodate a future adjacent YMCA as well as a community library branch for the Meridian Library District. The project sits on 22 acres of donated land with 10 acres of that land dedicated to becoming a city park. This unique collaboration of bringing together multiple amenities under one roof allows the partners to not only share spaces such as the gym, library, classrooms, kitchen, and parking but also reduced infrastructure and operating costs as well.

Hillsdale is the first two-story elementary school constructed by the West Ada School District and is the first phase of this multi-phase project.
