Idaho River Sports

The Idaho River Sports concept aims to transform the existing primary building into 2 to 3 versatile leasable spaces. A new second story will be added to accommodate Idaho River Sports’ retail operations, creating a striking focal point and enhancing visibility from Whitewater Park Blvd with a fresh entry and access design.

The three existing support buildings to the south will be removed to make way for a vibrant new courtyard. This area will feature a range of amenities, including a rental shop, a cozy ground-floor corner bar, a second-floor restaurant, and a rooftop bar/patio. The development will also include essential support spaces to complement both the existing and new commercial areas.
