The 1010 W. Jefferson Garage is envisioned as a next-generation mobility hub that elevates the experience of parking and movement within Boise’s downtown core. Designed to accommodate 446 vehicles, including dedicated EV charging stations, the structure integrates approximately 20,000 SF of active ground-floor commercial space, a pedestrian-priority plaza, and a mid-block breezeway to enhance the urban streetscape and encourage pedestrian engagement.

Situated at the edge of a rapidly growing downtown district, the garage serves as both a gateway and a destination, offering users a safe, convenient, and thoughtfully designed environment that complements surrounding civic and commercial activity. Emphasizing quality, durability, and architectural distinction, the project sets a new benchmark for vehicle-oriented infrastructure in Boise. Through material articulation, considerate lighting, and generous public open space, it transforms a traditionally utilitarian building type into a memorable part of the city’s evolving urban fabric.
