Caldwell Fire Station 3

Pivot North Architecture and Rice Fergus Miller collaborated with Caldwell Fire Department to provide programming and design services for Caldwell Fire Station #3. The new station located near KCID Road and Skyway Street will provide better response times on the East side of I-84 where significant growth has occurred over the last few years. The project is designed to meet current needs while allowing for future growth and will support an Engine Company with the flexibility to expand to provide space for an additional truck company and a battalion chief.
