Yi-Chang Liao has over 10 years of architectural experience, with a recent role on large-scale projects as a Project Manager and BIM Lead on corporate office developments. His diverse portfolio includes fire stations, K–12 schools, and healthcare facilities. Yi-Chang holds a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, along with additional core courses in computer science from Oregon State University.
Originally from Taiwan, Yi-Chang has called Boise home for the past decade. He and his wife enjoy hiking with their two dogs, along with outdoor adventures like snowboarding, skiing, and mountain biking. He occasionally finds himself craving the vibrant flavors of Taiwan’s night markets.
