Joining Pivot North Architecture as our Urban Mixed-Use Lead, Tom brings with him an impressive 40 years of experience in shaping the built environment. He’s passionate about leading teams to create dynamic spaces where public and private areas blend effortlessly. Tom’s role goes beyond just steering the design; he makes sure each project is both visually appealing and financially sound for our clients.

Having spent over 30 years working closely with design teams and general contractors in a Design-Build setting, Tom thrives on collaborating with everyone involved to find smart, cost-effective solutions that bring the design vision to life. His award-winning work, recognized by the Urban Land Institute and other prestigious organizations, showcases his commitment to excellence in both well-established and innovative design areas. Tom embraces challenges and always seeks new growth opportunities. He is passionate about connecting with people from different cultures and has explored all seven continents with his family.
