Pivot North architecture is a full service architectural and interior design firm offering comprehensive and scalable design services to an array of residential, institutional and commercial clients. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our collaborative team.

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing and business development activities, collaborating closely with our firm’s Principals. We are looking for a candidate who offers strong organization, communication and creative skills, who is passionate about growing and developing the company brand.

Qualifications:

• You have a 8+ years of experience in a marketing/communications role.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• You are a strong writer and editor. You enjoy writing and editing anything from web copy and social media posts to long-format copy such as press releases and blogs.
• You are a brand manager. You will ensure our brand and voice guidelines are consistently followed throughout all marketing efforts including sales materials and proposals.
• You have experience with or ability to update/manage a WordPress site and other CMS programs.
• You are passionate about always being in the know on marketing trends, as well as the trends and developments in the architecture industry.
• You’re digitally savvy. You have experience with social media management and are passionate about staying up to date on best practices and platforms.
• You’re ready to be an enthusiastic Pivot North brand ambassador, both internally and externally.
• You’re willing to wear multiple hats and help where it’s needed.
• You’re both creative and strategic. You can keep both short-term and long-term marketing goals in mind, all while creatively pushing our brand.
• You’re a self-starter. You’ve got ideas. You aren’t afraid to propose those ideas, then execute them as smart marketing initiatives that directly impact Pivot North’s strategic growth plan.
• You have experience creating marketing materials in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• You’re a team player and willing to work openly and collaboratively with other team members.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and implement marketing and advertising opportunities.
• Identify industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing strategies.
• Develop, manage, and execute quarterly or annual marketing plan/goals.
• Define and update key performance indicators relevant to marketing efforts, tracking success towards those goals and provide updates.
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Produce, manage and coordinate valuable and engaging content for our website, social media and blog that attracts applicable target groups.
• Receive and distribute new project inquiries.
• Continually seek, research, and maintain lists of potential job opportunities.
• Organize and manage professional project photography.
• Maintain well placed project signage during construction.
• Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements.
• Lead responses to requests for proposals.
• Assist in project interview preparation and support.
• Develop and maintain marketing budget.
• Develop and maintain business development strategy.
• Lead business development meetings with Principals.
• Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Working Environment
This individual will work out of our main office in Boise, Idaho, as well as remotely when needed. This position may require some regional and national travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
