Pivot North architecture is a full service architectural and interior design firm offering comprehensive and scalable design services to a diverse range of residential, institutional, and commercial clients. We are currently experiencing exciting growth and are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our collaborative team.

Job Description:

The person selected for this role will manage all marketing activities and initiatives and will primarily work with the firm Principals and Director of Operations. We are looking for a candidate who offers strong organization, communication and creative skills and is passionate about growing and developing the company brand.

Qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• You are a strong writer and editor. You enjoy writing and editing anything from web copy and social media posts to long-format copy such as press releases and blogs.
• You are a brand manager. You will ensure our brand and voice guidelines are consistently followed throughout all marketing efforts including sales materials and proposals.
• You have experience with or ability to update/manage a WordPress site and other CMS programs.
• You are passionate about always being aware of marketing trends, as well as the trends and developments in the architecture industry.
• You’re digitally savvy. You have experience with social media management and are passionate about staying up to date on best practices and platforms.
• You’re ready to be an enthusiastic Pivot North brand ambassador, both internally and externally.
• You’re flexible and willing to take on various roles, including administrative tasks as needed.
• You’re both creative and strategic. You can keep both short-term and long-term marketing goals in mind, all while creatively pushing our brand.
• You’re a go-getter with plenty of ideas. You’re confident in pitching them and turning them into effective marketing strategies that drive Pivot North’s growth.
• You have experience creating marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• You’re a team player and willing to work openly and collaboratively with other team members.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Create and execute marketing and advertising strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and generate qualified traffic.
• Identify industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social media and blog that attracts applicable target groups.
• Lead responses to requests for qualifications/proposals. Develop execution plan and manage deliverables for responses.
• Receive and distribute new project inquiries. Continually seek, research, and maintain lists of potential job opportunities.
• Organize and manage professional project photography.
• Maintain well placed project signage during construction.
• Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements.
• Assist in project interview preparation and support.
• Explores, identifies, and coordinates opportunities for project awards and recognition.
• Lead marketing meetings with Principals.
• Develop and maintain marketing budget.
• Develop, manage, and execute quarterly or annual marketing plan/goals.
• Define and update key performance indicators relevant to marketing efforts, tracking success towards those goals and provide updates.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

Working Environment
This person will work out of our central office in Boise, ID, and remotely when needed and may require regional and national travel.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
