Front Desk Administrator (Part-Time)

Overview
Pivot North Architecture is a growing architectural and interior design firm providing innovative design solutions for residential, institutional, and commercial projects. We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to support our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys supporting a collaborative team in a professional design environment.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience (architecture, engineering, or construction industry a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support including greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls.
- Assist project teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and project file organization.
- Support general office operations including conference room scheduling, travel coordination, and office organization.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Help manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract documents.
- Record meeting minutes and assist with meeting preparation and agendas.
Schedule
Part-time, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust hours as needed (approximately 20–30 hours per week).
Pay
$15 – $18 per hour (DOE)

This individual will work out of our main office at 116 S. 6th Street, Boise, Idaho 83702.
